Service Levels

We offer five levels of maintenance cover:

  • Next day cover Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm: 8 hour response*
  • Standard cover Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm 4 hour response*
  • Standard Cover plus Monday-Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm 4 hour response*
  • Emergency Cover 24/7/365: 4 hour response critical
  • 24/7/365 Flexi Cover**

**We brought in this Service level cover for customers who cannot warrant 24/7/365 cover continuously, but at certain times of the year they have periods when emergency cover is desirable.

Engineers:  Support & Installation

We believe in a personalised service and will assign one of our highly skilled engineers to your business. Their remit is to get to know you, your business, your system and how you want to use it.

 All of our engineers are fully accredited on the systems they work on Mitel, Unify and Cisco Call Manager. All Engineers are trained to installation level.

Installing your telephone system

Tele-Response has over 20 years experience installing and upgrading telephone systems and valuable experience migrating from legacy equipment to VoIP. We are able to provide; ongoing software upgrades and expansion equipment, this means we can support your business for the life of the equipment and software.

We are used to working on standalone sites and multi-site networks. Installing & maintaining systems & networks from 10 extensions to 13,000 extensions.

Each installation is carefully project managed and has full engineering assistance throughout the process.  Clients are allocated a PRIME engineer who will work with them from initial quotation, to installation and through to maintenance and support.
