We offer 4 main levels of maintenance cover:
- Next day Cover Monday–Friday 8.30am–5.30pm: 8 hour response*
- Standard Cover Monday–Friday 8.30am–5.30pm: 4 hour response*
- Standard Cover Plus Monday–Saturday 8.30am–5.30pm: 4 hour response*
- Emergency Cover 24/7/365: 4 hour response critical
*excludes bank & public holidays
Costs
Obviously costs will depend on the type of system(s) you have installed and how you are using them. However it is more than likely that you are paying too much for maintenance.
We know that telephone systems (whether they are VOIP systems or traditional PABXS) are far more reliable these days, from our experience if the systems are properly maintained they are less likely to develop faults.
This is reflected in our price to the customer, with 50% savings achievable with Tele-Response.
Engineers
Our networks of engineers are mainly installation orientated. From our experience if a fault does occur they are far more likely to determine and clear the fault than a solely maintenance trained engineer.
In addition you will be allocated your own engineer to look after you. The benefit being the engineer will get to know, your system, how you use it, and your business.

Our flexible approach has gained us some very well known clients in the public and commercial sectors. Contracts range from a few extns to up to 13000 extns and networks.
Quotations / Renewal
It is important to make you aware you may have a 90 day cancellation clause on your existing contract. We recommend you check this as you could find yourself agreeing terms with a new supplier only to find out you have another year to run.

Migrating to IP – Flexi Cover?
If you are one of the any companies migrating to a VoIP platform and are unsure exactly when full migration will be accomplished.
We have launched a Flexi Cover contract.
This means we can offer you support on a monthly or quartly basis giving you the ability to plan your migration to suit your business and your timescales. In addition as extns are moved over to the IP platform, your cover on the legacy equipment can be reduced.

System Audits - Virtual Engineer
Need a full system audit to help evaluate requirements or migration strategy?
No need for an engineer to attend site - all we need is modem or VPN access, to provide you with a full inventory, system/card utilisation graphs, cab map, model of handsets and much more. Depending on system size, cost will be from £35 to £150.
